Where is the dog park?

Our amenities are located on the 1st floor, including the pool, gym, clubhouse, and dog spa. The courtyard area is also on the first floor, where you’ll find the dog park.

How can I get a Temporary Parking Permit?

If you’re using a rental car, please place your existing decal in the rental. If that’s not possible, you’ll need to park on the highest uncovered floor as directed.

How can I get a Replacement Parking Permit?

Request a new pass through the office. Please share your license plate, make, model, and color so we can update your lease and issue the replacement quickly.

What’s the cost to replace a Parking Permit?

A replacement pass costs $5.

Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?

Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!

Does it cost anything to apply at this community?

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.

What parking options are available at this community?

Apex West Midtown Apartments has a parking garage for residents, as well as parking available for the attached retail.

I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?

Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.

When is trash pickup at Apex West Midtown?

Trash is collected on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. There is no pickup on Tuesday and Friday.

Residents are allowed to place their trash container with a tied 13-gallon trash bag outside their door after 6 PM on the designated days and must bring the container back inside by 9 AM the following morning. If containers and trash are left outside the door outside of the allotted times or days, residents will be responsible for any applicable fees.

They are able to park on the highest level uncovered for free. There is plenty of spaces to park.

10AM – 10PM all year around

Yes, $100 as the fob goes to all amenities and gate entry
